Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
(1) $800 in support of JDRF Day at the Windy City Thunderbolts.
(2) $1,700 in support of Mokena Lions Poker Run for JDRF.
(3) $2,000 in support of JDRF's Ron Santo Walk To Cure Diabetes.
American Diabetes Association
(1) $2,000 in support of the Family Resource Network educational event, featuring Guest Speaker Gary Scheiner,
on October 27th.

(2) $2,250 commitment to provide three full scholarships of $750 each, in support of Type
I diabetes camp at Camp Duncan in 2008. These scholarships must go to children who have never been to overnight camp,
and who also show financial need.
(3) $750 commitment in support of overnight camp programs in 2008.
